I have worked with Eileen with various yoga classes. In each one she is an outstanding educator in the meanings, in the positions, in the necessary patience it takes for one who is beginning and for one that is seeking to stretch oneself. She is talented with her patience, knowledge and skills of the positions (for the beginner all the way up to the more advanced). The classes had various levels and the "teachings" were always right on for the various levels. I feel so fortunate to be back with yoga and it is due to Eileen's "ways" thatI do continue. I highly recommend her with her classes due to the above and other areas--on time, being professional and caring, going above and beyond.
Sierra is an excellent Yoga Instructor!! I have been with her for more than 3 years and she is a extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring Instructor. She ask questions about your health and include poses in the sessions to accommodate each persons particular needs. She also provides options during the class based on an individuals needs, i.e. using a chair for those who have difficulty getting to the floor. She is amazing in her craft!
Karen is an amazing Yoga instructor. She is working with me to build strength and avoid injury to back, shoulders and neck. KAren works hard, prepares for the classes and works on developing an individual program that takes my older body and injuries into consideration. I definitely highly recommend her and her services.

I had been looking for a new approach to my Yoga practice. One that is non judgmental and offered me a more relaxed and less pressured approach to my practice. I happened upon JoAnn when she started subbing then permanently working as a Yoga Instructor at a gym I am a member of. Not only did I feel welcomed and relaxed in her approach, I wanted to make sure I followed her where ever she taught. She really is the real deal and helps the student learn more about the true meaning and spirit of Yoga. And Here I Am a Yoga Delta follower!
Studio V Pilates & Fitness is such a great place to workout! The instructors are all so welcoming and willing to help you in any way. My favorite class is Pilates on the reformer. It's always a good workout without a lot of impact. I always feel stretched out, refreshed, and ready for my day! Another plus is the FUN activities they offer outside the studio including clean cooking classes! Studio V is the perfect place for all your health & fitness needs!

Everyday I walk without limping, I have Mara to thank. Everyday I work in the garden, bending and reaching without cringing, I thank Mara for the stretching routine she skillfully designed for me. For the past six years, the range of motion in my right hip flexor has been extremely limited. At times, the pain was so severe I had a difficult time walking across the kitchen. Mara, expertly assessed the areas in my body that were compromised by my injury and designed a daily therapeutic stretching routine that I could do in my home.
