The Yoga Center

Introduction: The Yoga Center's goal is to create an oasis of peace based on the ethics and principles of classical yoga. We are dedicated to living and teaching practices that empower individuals to create lives of happiness, health and peace. We believe that when there is peace in the community, there is peace in the individual, which ultimately extends to the planet. The Yoga Center provides a non-judgmental, non-threatening, and safe environment in which to practice yoga at any level of fitness. Class size is limited to allow for personal attention and supervision. Mission Statement The Yoga Center provides a supportive community and sacred space for individuals to learn the ancient system of transformative practices and yoga which heal, integrate, and nourish the body, mind, and spirit for teachers and students.
