We have been working with Mr. Ruslan for almost a year. Different projects in different areas of construction: from demolition to installation, from electrical issues to plumbing systems, from drywall to tile and or hardwood flooring , from stairs to roofs. We never had such knowledgeable contractor. We never had such a reasonable price calculation. We never had so much care to the consequences of contractor’s work. Most contractors never come back to check their performance. Highly recommend Mr Ruslan to everyone who gives value to professionalism, responsibility, high skills of communication, honesty and care.

what a crazy job I received from Ruslan Akbashev. I contracted him for two projects, including an IKEA kitchen set for which I paid $2,200. Despite promising to complete the job in one day for $1,500, the outcome was far from satisfactory.Ruslan, a recent immigrant, asserted his capability to handle all aspects of the project. Regrettably, the IKEA kitchen was not only improperly installed but also led to significant issues. I had paid an upfront fee of $600 for the project, but when I asked him to correct his errors, he refused and instead threatened to involve his lawyer.The kitchen now has to be entirely uninstalled because of the numerous misplaced drill holes. The estimated cost for repair and reinstallation is triple the original installation fee. To make matters worse, communication was severely hampered by language barriers (he speaks no English, using google translation), and he relied on a friend for transportation, who also pressured me for early payment before project completion, stating their urgent need for dinner money.I strongly urge you to exercise caution when considering hiring these individuals, particularly if you value your property. Everything from your bathroom, kitchen, ceiling, and walls to your electrical systems, furniture, windows, and doors may be at risk. I continusouly asked them not to smoke while working, but they did not listened and our neighbor called police and the police stopped them working. nobody gets permits to make small kitchen. Due to this crazy men, I had to go to the city to permit the small kitchen and I paid $400 for the permit. While I am going to the City, I asked them to work another work to repair bathroom sink and install washer/Dryer. however, when I came back from the City with permit, they did nothing for 4 hours and left home after playing. They really have no money, when they go to Homedepot to buy part, they request you to give them your credit card all the time. Once again, there are too many handymen in LA, just avoid them to save your property, time, and life.

I like to do different projects, but the most difficult was the installation of panoramic glazing in a commercial room, where each glass weighed 600+lb

I want to advise you not to save money on the project. Unfortunately, the whole world has become very expensive. The quality of the materials depends on their service life. And a good tip, cheers up the master and he will try even betterе
