My rates vary based on the type of services I'm hired for. Personal Training: $70/session or Discounted Rate Available for Package Options (6, 12, 24 Sessions) Nutrition: $35/Nutrition Consultation $80 for Meal/Nutrition/Fitness Program Personal Training & Nutrition: Rates vary based on location & frequency of training sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially going through a (Par-Q)Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to get a clearer indication of any and all medical, recreational, work history. After the Par-Q I then proceed to performing an assessment to find out any muscular imbalances, deficiencies, postural distortions, and weaknesses that the individual may be experiencing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience as a trainer and as a Fitness Manager for several companies. Nationally Certified with National Academy of Sports Medicine, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sport & Exercise Nutritionist, TriggerPoint Therapy, Pre/Post Natal, CPR & AED.
