He arrived on time and appeared neat. Then he started telling me everything was wrong with my pool set up. I told him the equipment was working ok since 2004 with only a few repairs, and I have no money right now to replace anything that's still working. He still kept going on: said the location of pumps was wrong, pointed out a tiny wet spot near the pump as a leak, pointed to missing tiles and grout, and kept saying the length of pipes made my pump work too hard (there's no where else to put the pump). I had to tell him three times I wasn't interested in all of this unless it needed attention right now. He kept talking over me. I didn't want someone who doesn't listen to my needs so I said it wasn't going to work out and asked him to leave. He acted angry and left. It might just have been a bad day for him. But it sure was a bad day for me.
