- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your job is straightforward with no hidden issues, then they’re gonna get a price that they will be very happy with but if there are some things that are unforeseen, they’ll find that it won’t be much more just to get the job done because I have the knowledge and background to be effective and efficient.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify the project in question to make sure that we’re both expecting a similar outcome. Give the customer a ballpark cost for a job. Get an idea of time constraint and verify that we have everything to start project. Give the customer the expected amount of time it will take to do the job. Give the customer more than what they expected when finished and collect payment. Ask for a review and keep me in mind for the future.
