Hi, I’m Stephanie, a therapist-in-training and certified life coach who helps people find calm, clarity, and connection through nervous-system education, mindset work, and intuitive guidance. While I’m completing my master’s in counseling, my coaching services are not psychotherapy, instead, they draw on psychological insight and somatic awareness to help you understand your stress responses, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. For the past four years, I’ve also offered astrology and tarot readings professionally as tools for reflection and direction.
