They can get the job done if you don't find anyone better but it's much better to do the research and hire someone else if you can. They arrived late, men were busy with their phones a lot of the time (and you still need to pay for that time), do the job really slowly (we had two people with a productivity of less than a single person). They leave your stuff out on the road open (literally since this was an apartment without a loading deck which means they would leave the truck unattended, for more than half an hour while they pack the stuff upstairs). On asking any insurance they said they don't carry anything special and cover like 60 cents per pound. Even after reminding them multiple times they would never close it. I am just glad that someone didn't take the stuff out because it was literally the grocery store in front of the truck. Even after promising that they will bring all the packaging material they were out of wrapping material in the initial 30 mins of packaging and didn't bother to fix it. They ask for cash but don't send a receipt for that cash even after asking. I would definitely not choose them again!

Hi Raghu, I sent the receipt right before your review, you might have missed it. Please look at SMS conversation. The guys worked great at this cold and snowy weather, I went there and spoke with you when loading. You did not express your concerns about that. Insurance: we carry basic insurance required by Washington state. I initially offered you to use another company after explaining the details since you did not seem to be happy with it. But you still decided to go with us. The guys packed everything as expected with blankets and tapes with which you seemed to be fine when I explained you at the place. And nothing was damaged as you did not mention that. They were 15 minutes late. We usually give 2 hour window for arrival due to complex organization. You should have told me that truck should be closed when they’re out, you only told me to do that when I was leaving. I would tell them to do that and this would not have happened. I would also appreciate if you please could speak politely in our SMS and Thumbtack conversation. Sorry for trouble.
