We don't have to lie or claim because we don't do authentic meat, veggies and spices or breads, grains and pulses in the land of melting pot, where your friends, family or neighbors, coworkers and strangers come from a faraway land that we use to read or study in geography during our school days. They all know what meat or vegetables, spices and breads/grains/pulses are. Preference of taste buds is about the only difference. As diversity, we are, but all, in a melting-pot university dreaming to give a perfect end, which is to change for the better and more than better. That is all we do with food; it is to change for the better and more than better to keep harmony among diversity attending you events. We are not big companies doing all kinds, who knows whatever for everybody. One by one as remarked in our event calendar is the way we do it to plan it right for you, and after all when your guests ate it all, ummm what's the right word? Modern day and way of saying it, yeah -- food orgasm! You just made the history among your invited guests for they shall always talk about you.
