The technician and I coordinated the day before for a 4 PM meeting. He arrived on time and worked hard to finish the job. Although I sent the spec sheet in advance, he seemed surprised by the size of the unit and mentioned it was inconvenient. Despite some complaints and moments where he seemed ready to give up, he ultimately did a great job. Perhaps it had just been a long day for him.
