- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know that our way of conducting business and providing painting service is mainly by word to mouth, there for honesty is key word for us in order to get the client to referral us and give us recommendation. We don't believe in hidden cost as we line item every feature of the scope of work and we sign it just to avoid any kind of misunderstanding. Again our main priority is to be a return provider to the client and getting referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing when we getting a call or Email from any client we listen to what there asking regarding to what they need to get done. After words will ask for info such as address
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As my self I've being painting since I leaved in Chicago back in the mid 90's to when I came over to California at 1996 where I took out my painting license at 1999 and then formed the Corporation with Reuven at 2009 (nu vision painting) . Through out the years and by working for so many customer the learning proses actually y never ends (new finishes
