Where do I begin? Dan was my day of coordinator for my wedding in Valencia about 2 weeks ago, but he was there throughout the wedding planning journey whenever I needed him or had questions. He guided me on best practices and even attended a meeting with the venue, in which he worked with the venue coordinator- taking a lot of stress off my shoulders. He is confident and incredibly experienced in his craft. On the day of the wedding he created timelines for all of the vendors, set up the decor, and kept the wedding on schedule. My poker table vendor didn’t show up on time and when I asked him about it during the wedding, he said “don’t worry, they’ll be here”. 10 minutes later, the Poker Table appears. I don’t know how he does it, but without Dan/his team/Creative Happens, I know my wedding wouldn’t have been as beautiful and organized without him. I could keep going about how great this company is, and if I could give them 1 million stars, I would. They made the wedding a success with 0 issues.

Chris and Dan are INCREDIBLE!! I started off interacting with Dan and then transitioned my touchpoints with Chris as he became the actual onsite coordinator for my wedding. Chris also does fantastic florals and works hard to make sure you achieve your vision within your budget! I super appreciated how budget-minded this team was! Chris has such a fun and sweet nature and knew exactly what my day needed. This team has got it alllll down. I didn’t notice a single thing that felt off on my wedding day - that’s how I know I chose the right coordinators! I could not have picked anyone better. Book them! Dan and his team were incredible from start to finish for our November 2025 wedding! We had a VERY long day with two ceremonies and a whole bunch of Jewish and Indian traditions mixed in. It was complicated and involved many vendors and moving parts, and Dan and the team executed it all perfectly! Dan himself helped us plan the timeline, coordinated our vendors, and was patient through the hundreds of questions and emails he got from me. He provided us with referrals and recommendations as we needed them, which was very appreciated. The Creative Happens team also has a bunch of very reasonably-priced rentals and additional services that we were able to pick out all of our last minute things from - a photobooth, a water/juice station, last-minute holders and boxes, cake cutting knives, etc. I didn't even realize how helpful this would be until it was the week leading up to the wedding and I realized exactly how many things I needed, and Dan was able to make it all happen completely seamlessly. Then, on the day of the wedding, Dan's team worked tirelessly for us all day. From setup to teardown, to all the random last minute things that always go wrong at a wedding - the team was there with a smile to handle everything. They did that while catering to my husband and I all day, providing us with food, water, drinks, and in general being available the second we needed anything to be done. Also - Dan and his team are just generally fun people to be around. They completely understand the importance of the day to the people involved, and made us feel that it was just as important to them. My husband and I had the perfect wedding day, and we STILL talk about how incredible Creative Happens were. Our only regret is that we didn't book full-service planning with them - it would have saved us so much stress leading up to the wedding if we'd just turned to Dan and his team. :) We really can't recommend Creative Happens enough, and will be recommending them to all our friends and family!

Dan was so great I didn’t even notice him at my wedding. He was efficient behind the scenes. If anything went wrong, I was clueless to it because he handled it! My parents both complimented me on what a wonder choice I made in picking Dan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer excellent low-rates for both "Day of" coordinating and full wedding/event planning. We're happy to send you a rate card covering our most popular package pricing. This includes "Day Of" Coordination starting at $1,250, Partial Planning Packages between $3,900 and $4,900 and Full Wedding Planning starting at $5,900. We customize the rate to best fit your wedding goals. We also offer Party and Event Coordination and Planning rates starting at $1,250 (based on the size of your event).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has expressed interest in us and we decide to work together, we work closely with them to plan out their every need for the wedding or event, ensuring that when the day comes, they're able to enjoy themselves while we handle the logistics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of 2 Wedding Planners and 7 Coordinators have over 22 years combined experience on more than 500 weddings and events.
