I hired Christina as my day-of wedding coordinator. She was absolutely AMAZING. She and I went over logistics once and she handled everything that day - including set up and decor, communicating with the DJ, keeping everything on track. The best part was that she would do things that I didn't ask for - like grabbing me a gluten free plate of food and having the caterer pass apps right when we arrived to the reception on our party bus. I would highly recommend hiring Christina as a day-of coordinator. She was a pleasure to work with.

Esther helped us for our wedding in July 25th and she did a wonderful work. She made me the bride boutique even without the request. The flowers and the decoration are extremely pretty and I loved it so much. She really did a lot of wonderful works and helped us had a beautiful wedding. We had our wedding on November 29th 2015 at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort and we are glad that we hired Ms. Sandy. We were busy with our schedules (both working in healthcare) and we were confident that we didn't need a wedding coordinator. We were wrong. With Sandy's hindsight and organization skills we were able to have a wonderful wedding on a tight budget and was able to save some money for honeymoon in the Caribbean . She made sure that we were in control and whatever needs to be done was duly executed. She was open to our ideas and listened to our requests. Communication is very important to us and she was always there for support when we felt overwhelmed. We are grateful and pleased with her professionalism and her friendliness to our family and friends during our wedding. Thank you Ms. Sandy!

Ingrid and Stacy have surpassed all expectations I had for wedding planning services. Initially I was very stressed to even be planning a wedding, however with their help they've put me at ease by going over many items I wouldn't have even thought of. They are always available when I have questions and go above and beyond by verifying contracts with all my vendors. The nice thing is they are also willing to work on custom peices like signs, center peices and even arrangement of flowers. Most other wedding planners dont have the time commitment and money saving ability to tackle do it yourself projects. This has allowed me to have things I would have never been able to afford like a paper flower wall for photos and candy station. When I priced these things through a 3rd party they were completely out of reach. Ingrid and Stacy are a great team and I recommend them to anyone planning any event big or small.

Talissa was so amazing in helping me plan my wedding last October. From the flowers, to the set up of my ceremony, into the reception and everything little Inbetween was beautiful. I've had the pleasure of attending a couple of events curated by Lady Eloise Event Planning and Design (LEEPD) and each time I have been impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism and seamlessness of the event from start to finish. Most recently, LEEPD helped bring my sister's dream wedding to fruition. A wedding for 300 guests is no small feat but every little detail, from decor to food to entertainment to accommodations and so on, was accounted for and executed flawlessly. I was so impressed with Porsia and her team I asked her for a stack of business cards and have been referring her and passing them out to friends and family in need of high quality event planning. If it helps, I don't typically write reviews unless I'm extremely impressed or highly disappointed. And by now, I'm sure you can tell I've been extremely impressed!! Seriously, go with LEEPD. You won't be disappointed!

Diamant does amazing work. She can make any wedding come to life with her amazing arrangements. She is very talented and I have had the pleasure of working with her on several weddings with my brides. Diamant can do anything from Hawaiian floral to extravagant garland and floral displays. Her rates are very fair and she is very detailed and maticulous with her floral creations. Diamant is very easy to work with and has some of the best arrangements I have seen in the wedding industry. She is definitely one of my go to florists as a wedding coordinator. Brides absolutely love her work. Thank you for all that you do.

I met Christina well looking for my wedding dress in the shop she works at. Although the dress did not end up being a match, Christina was! She was excellent at helping to coordinate our wedding. From our first meeting I knew this was someone I could pass off the reigns too. Her and her team did such an amazing job setting up in such a short time and making sure everything was just right. She knew how to be present and keep people on scheduled without being in the way or in your face. At first I was not sure I was going to get a coordinator for our wedding, but accidentally crossing paths while shopping for a dress was serendipitous and could not have worked out better. I wish I could give her 6 stars! I feel she and her team really had a big hand in helping to make our big day come together and be as special as it was for my husband and I.

We had them cater our Wedding last weekend and they were a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly they were. While planning they were a great source of advice and guidance. Chef Renee gracefully answered my parents' (numerous) questions basically being our caterer/wedding planner. Most importantly the food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were outstanding and everyone complimented the incredible dinner! To top it all off our cake was delicious and beautiful, Did I say delicious!! They also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full... we are still receiving compliments. The entire team was professional and so attentive and they really set up our tables beautifully! Chef Renee and her team went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!! We can't wait until the occasion comes to use them again!

I needed a Wedding Coordinator to decorate the reception venue on the day of the wedding since I wasn’t going to have time to do so, Valentina contacted me and from her initial email I knew she was perfect! Her email stood out from others due to her professionalism and well thought out questions, she came off as someone that knew what the job entailed and asked all the right questions. The wedding was 5 months away Valentina kept in touch and as the date draw closer scheduled a meeting to go over the details meeting her in person just solidified my decision. Throughout the months Valentina made sure to very politely keep in touch with me always offering to help in anything needed despite the fact that I had only hired her for the day of. In the few days before the wedding she contacted me to check on last details, 3 days before the wedding I had to completely change the lay-out and was in constant communication with her for the next 2 days. Valentina went above and beyond to make our day perfect, I really never did worry about the reception decoration because she was in charge she gave me such peace of mind it was really great to be able to trust someone so much and not have to worry. The day came and she did an absolutely great job, she got to the venue early, set up the tables, décor, managed the florist and arrangements, deliveries, picked up a cake, greeted our guests and announced our entrance. Valentina was absolutely amazing and wedding coordination is really her calling, she had great taste decorating the cake table, gift table, everything looked beautiful. She added a few flowers to the cake and sent me a picture for approval it was so classy and beautiful and something I hadn’t thought of. Valentina was a joy to work with, always professional, kind and willing to do a great job she was my best vendor and I’m so grateful for her she saved me a lot of stress and did a great job my guests were blown way and are still talking about how beautiful the reception was. I’m a Project Planner by profession and looked forward to planning my own wedding which was fun, but I would not hesitate to hire Valentina and just let her plan and execute the entire event, in fact had I known her earlier I probably would just have hired and let her design and manage it. Joanne did an amazing job on all the flowers for my wedding, including my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, the centerpieces, and decorative arrangements. She also did an awesome job with the decorations for my garden wedding. We had a beautiful arch wrapped with tulle and flowers which made for a great backdrop for pics. The gazebo was all decked out in flowers and greenery. She transformed a nice, well-maintained garden into a beautiful wedding ceremony atmosphere.

Extremely organized, super professional, and the most genuine coordinator you will ever meet!" -- these are the words I would use to describe my experience working with Karen Aficial. Prior to our wedding, Karen had already been interning with another wedding event company in San Diego. Having a couple events already under her belt and from our initial meet, we were confident in our decision to choose Karen as our month-of-coordinator. We had a really tight budget to say the least (our flowers were from a Palm Springs grocer, we DIY'ed nearly all of the decor, and cut corners where it made sense). Leading up to our wedding, I didn't even stop to think about hiring a coordinator until I was overwhelmed doing last minute things the month of and I knew then, I needed extra help. I met with Karen a little more then a month before our wedding. We met over video chat online (not in person because I live in SF and she lives in San Diego). It was so easy to communicate with her and she totally made me feel more at ease with her confidence to take on our wedding coordination so last minute. She asked the right questions, took note of all of my (very detailed) direction and vision, took initiative (without me having to make e-intros through email) to contact all of our vendors, read all of our vendor contracts thoroughly making sure we didn't miss any important details, and put together a timeline that saved us throughout our wedding weekend! The only mistake I made, was not hiring her sooner! Being a bride who also manages events as my 9-5, it totally put me at ease to meet someone who understood all the little details of what it takes to manage a successful event. We can't thank her (and her husband Alex our MC) for running a smooth wedding for us from start to finish. The best advice I could give for those lucky enough to come across her services, don't hesitate...schedule a meet....and start your wedding planning with Karen ASAP! - Charlene Torio
