Most companies just showed me a bunch of samples and asked which one I liked. Kole took the time and educated me on the differences. He asked me a bunch of questions around why I'm choosing artificial turf and what the space would be used for. He then showed me the options that worked for my application. He didn't try to sell me into something that would have been overkill for my project. I hired him because of this.
I live in an area with a homeowners association. Kole asked what they needed and provided a diagram of the property and the installation process, sample of the turf, and the warranty that came with it. Basically, all I had to do was add my name, address, and sign the form. So stoked he helped with this.
The crew was great. They answered my questions during the installation and were fast and clean. First class install and the results speak for themself. I've had a bunch of compliments from the neighbors and I've passed along theit contact info.

After getting several estimates for work, Watersmart's estimate came in well below everyone else. Kole Chadwick new more about the individual turf products and explained installation better than the other sales reps. Watersmart completed the job in only a day and a half, whereas other companies were estimating five days to complete. Owner Kole Chadwick personally came to inspect the work and was a pleasure to work with. Before installation, dead brown grass was standing in the way of enjoying our backyard. Now I can enjoy the pool and our outdoor eating area with views of beautiful green grass. My two dogs love the grass. They are always out lounging and playing in the grass. I am seriously considering having Watersmart come back to do my front yard and I highly recommend choosing Watersmart for your artificial turf project.

We had our artificial turf installed a few weeks ago. We are so pleased with how it turned out. Looks great and so easy to maintain. We loved working with WaterSmart Turf. The owner, Kole, was very professional and responsive. He took the time to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Having done several projects over the last few years, it was refreshing to work with someone as friendly, yet professional as Kole. The crew that installed our turf was equally professional and polite. Thanks again for such a great job!

First let me start by saying how awful our front yard looked before Kole/WaterSmart got their hands on it. We moved into our home a little over two years ago and the previous owner had just mulched the yard so it looked decent. Well two months after moving in we got snow and there went our semi decent yard. Since then it has just gotten worse over time. My husband and I constantly went back and forth as to what to do with it. We have always wanted turf since we knew that real grass wouldn't last with the drought and 100 degree weather we got in the summers. We had been on the search for a reputable company that did quality work but wasn't trying to take us for every penny we had.
My husband was cruising FB one day when he came across a recommendation for WaterSmart. He decided to reach out to Kole, the owner, and boy am I glad he did. From the very first correspondence, Kole was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We decided to have Kole come out to give us an estimate even though we didn't think it'd be possible because we had a somewhat tight budget. Not only did Kole show up on time but he brought samples of multiple types of turf that his company provided. He then got measurements of both sides of our yard as well as the back yard and a small patch where our trash cans are stored. Not even 24hrs later we had a detailed estimate in hand and we were surprised that it was within our budget. We went forward with signing the contract with WaterSmart and agreed upon a date to start the 1600sq.ft+ project. They again arrived on time to start. It took them two days to do all of the work (it was a beast) and they were so professional every step of the way. They made sure to clean up at the end of both days of work and I even caught some of the guys skimming our pool when a few of the stray pieces of turf landed into our pool. We absolutely adore our once hated front yard and now use it almost every day. I am so happy we made the decision to work with WaterSmart. As a home owner it is one of the best decisions we have made so far. If you are in need of Turf, these are the guys for the job. Thank you WaterSmart for giving us a yard we love!

I cannot rave enough about Kole and his team! He came out for a quote and was able to get us in the next week. The team was very professional and worked quickly. The work they did looks better than we could have even hoped for. I would 100% recommend WaterSmart Turf Specialist!
