TYM photo booth exceeded our expectations!! Darren came completely prepared with backdrops and all types of photo accessories to make it even more fun !! The photos print out immediately in a photo strip of 3 poses and at the end of the evening he gives you a Flash drive of all the images that were taken! :)) If I could give 10 Stars I would ! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to offer the Military, Law Enforcement, and any school district employee a discount of 10% (MUST MENTION). I also offer a popcorn machine, cotton candy to customers for a small fee if they need one for their event with the rental of our photo booth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer. I am interested in their needs and how I can make them completely happy. I listen and ask questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from on the job hands on experience and a professional photographer who works with me. I am college educated in Business. Which allows me to service my customers well and with business ethics.
