- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to offer the Military, Law Enforcement, and any school district employee a discount of 10% (MUST MENTION). I also offer a popcorn machine, cotton candy to customers for a small fee if they need one for their event with the rental of our photo booth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer. I am interested in their needs and how I can make them completely happy. I listen and ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from on the job hands on experience and a professional photographer who works with me. I am college educated in Business. Which allows me to service my customers well and with business ethics.
