I signed up to work with Markshane about six weeks ago, and I have loved every minute of it. I work out at the studio four times per week, and I appreciate that the workouts are always varied and very clearly tailored for me and my fitness level. As I have become stronger and more fit, Markshane adjusts and adapts my training sessions. In the first five weeks I lost 13 pounds and have dramatically increased my strength and fitness. I've lost inches in my waist, hips and abdomen and have dropped a size in clothes. In addition to the great workouts that combine with a supportive and encouraging set of trainers, Markshane's studio offers nutrition advice, massage therapy and other services that are contributing to my overall wellness. I started going to Megan at Every BODY's Fit after trying several other training programs that didn’t work. I stuck to their suggested routines, but I was never able to successfully achieve results. I've started training with Ted 2 days a week at his private gym and I'm really enjoying it. He definitely knows his stuff. He's like a fountain of information when it comes to exercises and nutrition. I feel like I'm getting stronger and healthier every week. Looking forward to seeing some great results.

Eric Cruz has been my personal trainer for over two years at Dynamic Fitness High Performance Kinesiology (DF-HPK). Eric listened to my goals and we set about meeting and exceeding them. Besides being overweight and having poor eating habits, I had ongoing low energy and back pain. My exercise routine at home was not getting the results I desired anymore. Eric was able to assist me in motivating myself to be a better person. I have lost over 40 pounds and now eat healthy foods that keep me full. Eric helped me in strength, balance, posture, and in achieving a lower BMI. What is impressive is that Eric is always on time and keeps the training interesting yet challenging. I've been training with Mark for 3 months already and so far I think I've improved my strength and stamina. I can now run on the treadmill and do my own routine. This guy is a good trainer and I would recommend him to my friends and family... In fact I've referred my sisters already and they like him too :)
Weve been very fortunate to have found Lauren. She started training my husband and I in June, 2015. She listens very close to Steve and I to uncover what matters to us as it relates to our goals, and has designed individual strategic plans to get us there. Its a moving target and she changes it up as needed to keep us challenged and going in the right direction. This is including our nutrition and physical workout sessions. I am in my late 40's and have worked with a few trainers in the past, however no one quite like Lauren. This is her passion and I am sure this why she is so good at what she does. I have been training with Kathleen for a little under a year and she has helped me tremendously! She is caring, patient and determined to make your workout the best for your needs not hers. I have a specific back problem that she is very patient with and will always make sure that whichever workout we do my back is stabilized. She also will thoroughly explain certain exercises to ensure why it is so important to keep your form correctly, which I personally appreciate since I am still learning how to workout safely without harming myself. If you are looking for a trainer who knows EVERYTHING from nutrition to great workouts she is perfect! I love working out with her because she is constantly helping me improve myself and motivates me to stay on track for my own health. Kathleen really has the best interest at heart...but do not let that fool you. She can really put you to work!

Rochelle is amazing - I was really nervous to start working out after a rough year, and training with Rochelle is the best thing I could have done for myself . She really takes the time to "read" you and structure the workouts in a way that is challenging (for sure) but not intimidating or unnecessarily brutal. She's just on point - I already feel a difference after a month and I actually look forward to it. The woman knows what she's doing. She's also really fun and charming.
Margo is a great instructor. Highly recommend if you'd like to learn some new self defense skills.

We were very impressed with Carlos' professionalism and the training he provided was exemplary. CPR, First Aid and AED training can be lengthy and at times you may lose the interest of a few, but he and his assistant kept everyone engaged and on topic. Will definitely be using his services again.

I've used personal trainer's off & on for over 30 years , and by far Lynda has made the biggest impact ! My goal was to increase my cardio stamina & tone my body overall . We've been training outdoors ( under cover when it rains ) which I really wanted , along with another girlfriend for approximately 3 month's . I am in amazing shape at 52 years old and I lost 8 lbs !!! I'm over the moon happy .... My vitality & energy are off the chart's and I sleep like a baby . I feel more balance in my life. His level of knowledge and professionalism were instrumental to the success of our program. Mr. Cruz always seemed to be able to relate to the athletes, regardless of their background and goals. Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired.
