- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman services - We charge a flat trip fee of $80-100 (depending on location) that also covers the first hour; each hour thereafter is billed at $40. (job materials not included) Construction projects - We offer free proposals for larger construction projects. We offer military and friend of Bill discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial phone call to determine scope of work. 2) Onsite meeting to determine needs for proposal - larger projects; Do work - smaller handyman projects 3) Provide proposal in 1-3 days - larger projects 4) Schedule work - larger projects 5) Complete work - larger projects 6) Ensure customer satisfaction 7) Punch list items - larger projects
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to Greg's many years working in various aspects of residential and commercial construction he also has many years working in retail and customer service environments which allows him to communicate efficiently and effectively with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction with all the jobs we do.
