- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For lessons and tutoring, my standard pricing is by the hour. Which is $20 per hour. However if I perform a service where I edit videos or proofread and type up a document or report, I have to quote based on the end product. For typing and proofreading a work, I charge $16 for 10 pages of work to edit and type up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begin by a conversation of what kind of help they need, where they are struggling, and the improvements that I can give them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I have regarding tutoring is my college degree from California State University and from UC Irvine. I studied math intensively as a student and have helped other students succeed.
