- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on single sessions versus multi session packages as well as the length of the sessions. There is also a slight increase or decrease depending on the distance travelled for the sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to run my clients through a series of simple moves to see how their form is, how they feel when they do certain moves, and to understand where their strengths and weaknesses are. I also like to get to know my clients as well as letting them get to know me. Working out should be enjoyable and I do my best to make it just that. Working out is "work" but it doesn't mean that you can't enjoy it or look forward to it. I try to create something that gives the client their desired result and something that they can see themselves doing for a long time to keep them healthy and strong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching new exercises and new techniques to improve my clients results. I personally do all the exercises myself so that I fully understand what it feels like and where you feel it. I also have ongoing education classes for my certification and the most recent classes were for injury prevention and facilitated stretching.
