Admittedly, I was a little nervous about hiring a PM from a website--but I lucked out big time when I was referred to Ed. Ed is very personable and likable guy and put me completely at ease Ed is very knowledgeable about property management in addition to being very efficient about making things happen in a timely manner. So far, I have been very impressed with his level of responsiveness as I have some tenant issues that needed to be addressed quickly and he was on it almost immediately. He told me what he was going to do and then followed through 100%. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner--it would have saved me some major headaches. I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!

I have three single family homes in Encino Park that have been under several different management companies for the last 15 years....no luck with any of them. I was looking for additional rental properties and came accross Tom and Roxana Bradley at one of their Open Houses. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and follow through. I was further surprised when I learned they do property management,so I switched because it could not be worse than what it was....boy I was surely surprised.
