About
I've always been passionate about creating beautiful spaces and now I get to do that for my clients. I am a 5-time Olympic track & field athlete and if there's one thing I know how to do, it's to be prepared and get results! When I launched Gold Medal Home Staging & Design, I wanted to make sure that I carried that same enthusiasm and dedication I had throughout my athletic career to delivering exceptional service as a home stager and meeting the needs of my clients. Remember, you never get a second chance to make a first impression with buyers. I look forward to helping you getting your home sold quickly AND for top dollar!

If I could give her a 10 I would. I am a Realtor with Sotheby’s and had a special project that needed some customizing, as opposed to staging the entire home. Jackie came to the property on 4 different occasions to make sure that everything was just right. In addition she went out and shopped for additional items. The care, professionalism and integrity that she puts in her work is extraordinary. Not to mention a real team player and a pleasure to work with. She will go that extra mile to make it just right. She made my rehab home look updated and renewed. She nailed just the perfect staging it needed. I highly recommend Jackie.
Details: Selling home • 4 rooms • 3,000 - 3,500 sq ft • No, my home is vacant

Jackie was amazing! Her staging abilities are a solid 10! She made the house look likely, but still tasteful. Her professionalism and timely responses made the process seamless and hassle free. I would 100% recommend her without hesitation.

Looking at our home after Jackie staged it, one could just imagine the hours spent finding the perfect additions for each room, meticulously planning the flow of the space, and foreseeing any and all obstacles for the perception of the house to a perspective buyer. Jackie did all of these things but she did them in 48 hours. No exaggeration.
We can’t thank Jackie enough for leveraging her professional and design prowess on our listing, for her prompt and clear communication, and for executing on schedule and on budget.
We definitely look forward to other occasions where we can engage with Gold Medal HomeStaging. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called Jackie to do my staging on a loft in downtown Los Angeles, she responded really fast, made the time to go look at the place and within a couple of days we had finalized the deal. My sellers and myself are very impressed with her staging and I will use Jackie for my future staging jobs.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Occupied home staging fees start at $250 for a consultation and detailed Home Staging Report and fees go up from there depending on the level of staging required.
Vacant home staging fees vary based on the size of the home, number of rooms to be staged and the luxury level of the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have a phone consultation where the customer lets me know whether the home will be occupied or vacant, the square footage of the home, the number of rooms they would like to have staged, the luxury level of their home (usually can be determined by the selling price), their budget and their preferred staging date. Once all of these details are established, I would typically need a site visit to determine the exact dimensions and layout of the home. The last step before actual staging is signing a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an HSR Certified Home Stager and Redesigner, affiliated with RESA.
