Hi!
We are two French chefs based in Los Angeles, passionate about gastronomy and the art of hospitality.
We work as private chefs, creating fully customized culinary experiences tailored to each client’s tastes and preferences. Mathias gained prestigious experience at Matignon in Paris, where he had the honor of cooking for the French Prime Ministers.
After his time at Matignon, we opened our own restaurant in France, which we still own and operate today. Building on that journey, we decided to expand and bring our unique culinary vision to California.
Together, we offer private chef services, catering, weekly meal prep, and full culinary support for all types of events from intimate dinners and family gatherings to elegant receptions and special celebrations.
We focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, personalized menus, and attentive service to deliver a seamless, refined, and memorable experience.

I wish I could give Julie more stars! We feel incredibly lucky to have Chef Julie as part of our family’s life. Her meals are nothing short of extraordinary — thoughtful, nourishing, and absolutely delicious. Whether it’s a busy weeknight dinner, a special birthday celebration, or a casual weekend brunch, Julie crafts each dish with love, creativity, and attention to detail.
She has an incredible ability to understand our family’s preferences, dietary needs, and favorite flavors. Somehow she always manages to surprise us with something new while still keeping it comforting and familiar. The kids adore her cooking, and even our pickiest eaters go back for seconds (and sometimes thirds!).
Beyond her culinary talents, Julie brings warmth, professionalism, and positive energy into our home. She’s organized, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our home feels happier and healthier because of her.
Julie isn’t just a chef — she’s an artist in the kitchen and a truly valued part of our family.

Exceptional! The food was hands down some of the best i have had (by far the best asparagus). On top of that, they went out of their way to make our valentines weekend dinner unforgettable with little touches like bringing a valentines balloon and rose pedals for the table. Highly recommend and will be using again!

Julie is truly one of the top French chefs in the South Bay. She brings authentic French culture to life through her cooking and exceptional pastry skills. What makes her stand out even more is the emotion you can feel in her work — and actually taste in every bite.
Her consistency and professionalism are outstanding. Julie gives everything she has to make her clients happy, always going above and beyond expectations. She is also incredibly innovative and brings fresh, exciting creations that elevate the local culinary scene.
The South Bay is very lucky to have her. Don’t miss her latest creation, the Melt’z — an absolutely amazing dessert that satisfies every taste and leaves you wanting more. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of working with Julie and Mathias for a birthday bbq pool party, and it was nothing short of exceptional. They were punctual and fully prepared.
The level of service was great. They worked efficiently and with great coordination, creating a smooth and enjoyable atmosphere. Most importantly, the food was fantastic — beautifully presented and delicious. We are looking forward to working with them again!

I must say this was one of my best food experiences! The presentation was a work of art and the taste was phenomenal. If you’ve been thinking about trying, don’t hesitate do it!, my mouth is watering writing about it now!
