Let me just start off my saying this. If you are looking for a trainer that is PROFESSIONAL and knows what they are doing this is your guy!! I started my journey with Tyrell on 03/21/19 it is now 06/30/19 and I have lost a total of 30 pounds!! We meet at a location that is convenient for me, no matter the time or day he is flexible and will work with you!! He holds you accountable (in a good way) he brings positive vibes never negative when working with you and always pushes you to do better in the gym AND OUTSIDE THE GYM!! If you have any questions or concerns about your health and your journey he will guide you down the right path!!! 5 stars all the way.
