I enjoy helping people in an area that they may not naturally be ready to explore on their own... there are a lot of things that can go wrong with working out, poor technique can lead to injury and unqualified trainers can lead spinning your wheels and wasting time. I enjoy being the guide to highly motivated people interested in getting results.

Jason is an incredible instructor. He's patient, has great attention to detail and does a great job assisting you even in a group setting. Each class I attended was unique in its own way. It never felt repetitive or boring and there was always room to push the envelope on your own personal weight lifting goals even in the group setting.
When i joined it was to see if I would enjoy the idea of weight lifting. I was scrawny and picking up anything more then 10lbs was a daunting task for me. I also came here to help develop core muscles which had lead to an injury I had suffered earlier in the year.
Jason listened to my concerns and assisted me during my time training here. In about a months time of going 3x a week and lifting each time and gaining strength I was able to reach many personal and private milestones while picking up heavier bells almost each time I went to class. With his guidance I was even able to surprise myself with all the accomplishments I made.
I was very hesitant to even attempt lifting weights but with Jason's teaching and encouragement I grew to love it.
I recommend Jason and his work out studio to anyone I know interested in learning Kettle Bells in a safe, constructive and supportive environment.
I also gained experience with Jason using Battle Ropes, Extreme Sandbags and TRX. Each of those activities was something prior to working with Jason I would never have had the confidence to even attempt.
And to those who read this review whom are serious athletes or people not of the novice level like myself. Jason has classes for you guys too.
But if you are an exercise novice like me who wants to try something new. Give Jason & his kettle bell studio a chance.
I highly doubt you'll regret it. The whole experience will be great!

Kettlebells Southbay offers a variety of classes. The trainers are very knowledgable. Jason will ask you what you look to gain from a workout, and will help you achieve your goals.
