I love Jessica! I have always had problems with my back: pain from it being too tight and it goes out on me a lot due to a previous injury. Jess has done wonders to increase the mobility and stability in my back. Not only has my pain decreased but my body feels leaner and more tone. I was intimidated by Pilates at first but now I can't imagine living without it or Jess. She's amazing and I can't recommend her enough.
Spencer has been my favorite Pilates instructor I have had. Her workouts are challenging but fun, and the way she breaks them down and explains each exercise is so helpful in getting the most out of my workout. Kira is very professional - I told her that I've had multiple knee surgeries and she made sure my knee was not bothered throughout the session. Not only that, as weeks progressed and my knee started to recover, she suggested to do exercises that would benefit the muscles around my knee so that my body would get stronger, as well as prevent it from injuring it again. I look forward to her sessions because she never wants the clients to give up. Her sessions may be challenging, but she uses her time very well that her 1 hour session feels like it happened so quickly! I highly recommend having pilates with her. She knows what she is doing, and her sessions never disappoints!

I met Laurel while she was working at my local health club in Chicago over 12 years ago. She was very knowledgeable about the body and pilates. I certainly felt stronger after weekly private sessions with Laurel so I continued to see her regularly. After a few years I was pregnant with my 1st of 3 pregnancies. Laurel was the best exercise for me during those 3 years! I learned how to work hard while breathing properly in labor positions. I truly believe she was key to me delivering 3 babies without pain medications with the help of a midwife at Prentice Hospital. Birthing classes gave me the information, but Laurel actually helped me practice. She was always patient with me while we worked through aches and pains, yet always pushed me to challenge myself. I highly recommend Laurel to anyone, beginner to advanced, that needs a fantastic pilates instructor. .

Jasmine uses her vast knowledge to come up with a unique workout that blends Pilates, barre, and Magic to get the best possible workout in the shortest period of time. She is able to adjust for injuries but still able to challenge you. Jasmine has the best play list, great positive energy, a wicked sharp sense of humor that she injects into the class strategically, just to keep you going! Each class is unique and fun and the group of women who workout there are fantastic!! My arms and derrière have never looked better! What are you waiting for.....

Celia is my favorite pilates instructor. She pushes you to challenge yourself, and I love her focus on form. I've done Pilates for years, and I didn't even realize how many workouts I was doing incorrectly until I trained with Celia. During a session with her, I said to myself "oh this is what it's supposed to feel like." Incorrect form in pilates means no results. I highly recommend Celia if you're looking to become fitter and stronger and healthier overall.

Having nearly 4 decades of regular workout experience that spans from youth / high school organized athletics to personal cardio, strength, daily stretching, I didnt really know what to expect when trying Pilates for the first time. I learned within the first 5 minutes of my first session with Jasmine how important it is to have an experienced trainer to get the most out a Pilates session and just to see how to properly use the apparatus! This coming from someone who has never used a personal trainer prior, and vowed to never need one prior to trying Pilates. Jasmine is extremely knowledgeable in classic Pilates and her calm, clear teaching technique shines. Ive had 2 sessions with her so far and have a 3rd booked. She was extremely in tune with me during each session focusing, most importantly, on making sure that Im using correct form to the best of my ability for each exercise to ensure Im getting the most out of each motion. Im an avid golfer as well and can already tell how the balance, strength and flexibility that Pilates can offer will help in preventing some of the nagging injuries that can occur from regular play.
