- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fair. I offer flat rates for common repair services and hourly rates for complex troubleshooting or consulting. Diagnostic fees are typically waived if you proceed with the repair. I also offer discounts for students, seniors, and small businesses with ongoing service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer's issue or needs through a brief phone call or message. Then, I either schedule a pickup, remote session, or in-person visit, depending on the service. Once the problem is diagnosed, I explain the issue and provide a quote. After approval, I complete the work, test everything thoroughly, and offer tips for preventing future problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working with computers since 2002 and have hands-on experience with a wide range of hardware and software systems. I hold a masters in computer engineering, and i work with Microsoft and Linux operating system daily in a professional environment and am experienced with virtualization platforms like VMware, hyper-v and KVM. I continuously stay updated through online research, and hands-on builds and repairs.
