So I have nothing but positive things to say for Rooter-Man. I had a rusted flange, which caused some issues on my toilet installation. I had to call another installer last minute. I received two quotes: one from a plumber who came in and said that they would need to drill the concrete floor out, and another from Rooter-Man, who gave me the quote from photos.
The Rooter-Man quote was LITERALLY half of the cost of the other plumber. So, of course, I go with Rooter-Man (the other plumber told me the price was negotiable once I canceled lol). So Rooter-Man, called me 20 mins before they arrived, they removed the flange with no need to remove my concrete floor, installed the new toilet, and met their quote exactly. All this was done in under 45 mins.
What a great turn around. They were extremely responsive and competitive priced. Will 1000% use them again in the future. Thank you for the great work!

Great experience. Called regarding a new gas range that wouldn't sit flush against the wall because the gas pipe is too high sticking out and newer range only have space lower on the unit; apparantly a common problem for order homes. Came in and was able to rearrange the pipe lower to the wall so everything fit. Very affordable. I had another consultation earlier today from Gladiator rooter & plumbing with an estimate of $550; that incliding a $100 discount. They also said I'd be lucky to find someone to do it <$500. But Router man did the job more than have the other estimated. Very recommended.

Being a woman, I am always weary about getting ripped off so when I have a downstairs flood on a Sunday I was really worried calling a plumber and getting charged with overtime. This was not the case with Mike at Rooterman. He was prompt and sent his guy Frank who Assessed the situation and no jacked up prices. I will definitely use Rooterman and Mike again.
