I've taken multiple yoga classes here and they are fantastic instructors. The partner yoga workshops they put on are so unlike any classes I've ever taken. You should try it out, with friends or your significant other. Also their meal prep service saves me a ton of time and the food is delicious!

Natalia is an amazing yoga instructor and has such a lovely practice space! The space is very warm, clean and welcoming. Her teaching is in Iyengar, which is great for perfect alignment. I work on the computer and also sit a lot, so basically my posture is messed up. Natalia gives me the best instruction for re-aligning my body and getting my back feeling straight again!
I typically practice yoga in SF, but when in the East Bay...I do as yogis do & enter the world of serenity & positivity at So Yoga & Healing🙏🏼 The marvelous Margaret led her classes with constant professionalism with a welcoming & casual approach. I appreciate how her classes begin with student participation honoring special requests (e.g. focus on lower body, hips, core, etc.) or considerations (e.g. those with ankle injuries, weak backside, etc.). Most especially, I enjoy each closing savasana that allows one to decompress mentally, emotionally, physically - this is made possible because of Margaret's subtle, yet effective use of aromatherapy oils, a sweet treat every time! And lastly, what makes this class astounded original is the rhythmic beats of reggae tunes accompanying nearly each asana that Margaret carefully guides her students through: cannot wait until the next time & that's for real mon! Degenerative discs in my lower back plus difficulties in a hip have been troubling me for a couple years. Sierra has been working with me for almost a year to optimize exercises I was given in physical therapy by combining them with meditation & healing yoga. She has a wonderful positive approach & is very knowledgeable & pleasant.
My experience with Ferox Yoga was a very pleasant and informative experience. When I scheduled a private session with Claire, she was very quick to respond, and she provided me with a questionnaire that addressed all of my needs, goals, and noted any injuries I have/had. I am a male individual in my late twenties, and I lift weights about 4-5 times a week. I don't have too much experience in yoga, and I'm not all that flexible. A few years back, I had spent about five months recovering from a lower back injury from doing deadlifts improperly. Since then, I've recovered, but I've noticed a lack of strength in my lower back which I noted in Claire's questionnaire. Once we began the private lesson, she assured me I didn't require any previous experience. We focused heavily on my form and breathing through many of the starting poses, and she showed me a lot of different exercises that helped to strengthen my lower back. Claire was extremely supportive and patient throughout the entire lesson. Also, her bubbliness and kindness are one of a kind! My first experience with Ferox Yoga was amazing. By the end of the session, my entire body felt energized, and I had gained more knowledge from Claire about yoga than I'd ever had. She was a great instructor, and she did such a great job accommodating me considering my lack of experience and past injury. I would highly recommend her regardless if you are an avid yogin, recovering from an injury, or totally new to yoga. She is great!
Brett and his team were wonderful! We used a few of the services that EWS offers massage, desk yoga and healthy cooking classes. The people in our offices would line up to sign up; it was always a full house. I would recommend EWS to any company looking to provide Professional on-site wellness service to their employees.
Jenn is fantastic. She senses what your body is capable of, is great at making modifications for injuries, and gives a great class. There is such a huge difference between an ok yoga instructor and a great one. She is a great one.

I've never take a Yoga class before as this is my first time and it's a life changing experienced. My endurance and reflexes weren't good before I took the class but through the helps of Ms. Gangadhara, I've gradually increase my stamina and my reflexes are quite good now. A typical session can last two hours and includes yoga, Pilates, resistance strength training, breathing exercises and mindful practices.
