This class was great, Nav (as he likes to be called) took the time to explain to me the different poses. I am new to Yoga and he took great care to ensure my posture was correct at every moment. Nav always reminds us to listen to our bodies during practice, he tries to make the class adaptable for practitioners from all backgrounds. Which is great because I didn't have any background in Yoga. He won't tell you but he is also a former US Marine, all around great class and nice guy.

Studio V is the best! Not just a gym, a warm and friendly environment full of amazing staff and clients where you can change your lifestyle to become more healthful in all aspects of your life. I started here 1 day a wk doing aerial stretch yoga then my fiancé and I set a date for our wedding- got the dress and it was WAY too small!! Started a bootcamp at studio V and since then I have been going 4-6 days a week and my dress had to be taken in!!! In fact as of yesterday I can officially say I wear a size 4!! I have never been even a 6 so I'm over the moon!! And I love that I did it the healthy way and I know I won't just pack the pounds back on because they have taught me a healthier lifestyle habit instead of just a diet! Thank you studio V!!!

I found Rachel out of a desire for help in healing the physical and emotional damage from an illness that had at one point left me paralyzed. She was very understanding and kind, I could tell that she genuinely cared about me and wished to help. I knew nothing of Ayurvedic Yoga and she was able to explain its principles clearly and relate it to my own unique situation in an inspiring way. I never thought I would be into yoga, but Jasmine gave me my very first lesson in yoga and it was an awesome experience! She selected a great location where I could easily relax and focus. She was mindful of my back injury and guided me through the entire process to avoid any pain or strain on that area. She even taught me how to do a headstand for the first time in my life! Based on his newly found love of the practice he enrolled in the teacher certification program at I AM YOGA Wellness and received his yoga teacher certification in March of 2015. He likes to incorporate yin yoga into his classes that allows for students to get deeper into poses and to begin releasing deeper muscle tissues. This style of yoga is meant for all types of students to begin to access strength and build flexibility.
