I was having a lot of trouble with pulled calf and hamstring muscles. Nilo noticed I was very quad dominant and we worked on a number of exercises to get the glutes firing. We also worked on a number of stretches that attacked many areas of weakness. He also "stick rolled" the muscles and discovered I had many large knots from scar tissue build up that led to me going for ARM technique to grind out this scar tissue. Nilo really knows a lot about the body and was constantly keeping me apprised of what he saw and what he had me doing and why, and what we were targeting with each and every task, stretch and exercise. I saw Nilo over roughly a 5-6 month period and then he gave me work out list of those items I should keep doing on my own.

Have been working with Nilo for approximately ten years and at age 62 I am in better shape and stronger than I was twenty years ago.
