My name is Rick, and I have been actively bartending for 3 years throughout the southwest. I am a bartender who can be alive in any setting, but thrive on the excitement of craft drinks.
I am bar experienced in high velocity, extremely critical, enthusiasts, rather than average drinkers, which has led to a unique style, embracing my California roots, and taking in the arid, barren aura of both Texas and New Mexico, due to my learning of the trade in downtown Albaquerque. Most do not realize how much goes into being a bar back, but I am here to take the ranes and keep it under lock and key, and keep worry out of your head during your event.
Due to myself formerly disliking the bar scene, due to the grinding of low quality, overpriced, drinks being churned out the threshold of a social wheelhouse; until I found my artistic love, focus aimed at music and audio production, in craft microbrews and D.I.Y. spirit batches of moonshiners in the South.
After finding that i could enjoy the flavors i love in a bar,I have put my focus into matching people's palates to the best I can, introduce them to new drinks ( and food combinations as well ); and open their eyes to realize that going to enjoy a drink doesn't necessarily mean they must settle for mundaneness and mediocrity, live a little, and actually drink what you enjoy!
