Interior Painting
I hired Panda's painting to paint 4 rooms in my house. They spent a good amount of time prepping. Sanding, patching, draping furniture and covering the floors. Then they painted, cutting in Impressively straight lines by hand and rolling the rest. They painted my kitchen cabinets too, which turned out beautifully.

Interior Painting
Carlos was very professional. He committed to a timeframe and met it. The first pass at the painting was not sufficient to me, so I asked him to put another coat of paint on. He did so because he wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. I like someone who values his work and values his commitment to customer service.

Popcorn Texture Removal
We moved into a house from the 70's that needed a ton of work and we needed a quick turnaround. Not only did Carlos and his team make it happen, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with every detail. They removed the nasty, dingy popcorn ceilings and applied a semi smooth texture. They Painted all of the ceilings including the ceiling beams. They Patched holes, retextured walls, installed new door knobs and painted the entire house. They Installed and painted baseboards and painted the fireplace. Our goal was to get everything done before Christmas and they made it happen. I can't believe the transformation! It looks like we live in a new house. There's no trace of the nasty popcorn ceilings and overall the house looks fresh and finished. Carlos continually checked in and was honest with his pricing. Very happy with the final results.

I was looking for someone to paint the walls of my master bedroom and baseboards throughout the whole condo. Juan gave me the best quote and was quick to respond. His team did a very good job painting and cleaning up after. I would definitely recommend Juan and his team for any paint job.
