Soon after contacting Danny Cruz, we worked out an excellent arrangement for drop-off/pick-up of my HP CP2025dn printer--over 14 yrs old. I was not sure it was even reparable. He began work on it immediately, found the problem to be the Formatter Board, and replaced it. The turnaround was just a couple of days. Price was very reasonable. He did everything you could possibly ask a superb technician to do--and more! Danny Cruz is the best I've ever dealt with and next time I need a laser printer repaired, I know I'll go to him. I'll also spread the word. It's really rare to find someone like Danny who is technically expert and competent and also fast, reasonably priced, and very easy to deal with.
