- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all, you tell me or show me what you want done and how long I have to do it. I will estimate it. One price for labor and estimate what type and amount of materials will be needed, NC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, Information is exchanged, I just let the customer tell me their projects goal, What they want to see at the completion of their project, Then (my favorite part) with what they want, and projects goal in mind, I offer available options for the project at little or no extra cost to them, and this pushes the project over their expectations, (whether I'm hired or not) I enjoy getting customers to think about options they didn't know are available, Then logistics, Bob

With technology today, staying up of the latest developments is a click away, and yes, I have received my green certification from the building performance institute.
