Latest Review: My wife and I train with Laurie 3 days a week and while it could seem like more expensive than signing up for a gym, chances are you won’t go that often. With Laurie, EVERY time you are supposed to work out, you work out :). She is the most inventive trainer. There’s never the same workout and we’ve trained with her for 3 years. If you aren’t feeling well, she will do low impact work. If you have something that is sore, she can give you stretches to help and modifies workouts to manage that issue. She’s personable, fun, and a great buddy to train with.
We couldn’t recommend her more highly and you really do get a lot of value out of training with her.
