Latest Review: It was a pleasure working with Anthony. He was on point from his emails to the diet and the workout regiment. It was wonderful waking up knowing that it wasn't like boot camp, but rather an exercise session that kicked your butt and made you feel good. He never pushed us too hard, but gave us enough motivation to drive us through each set. It was a great monetary deal we worked out for our "honeymoon body", but wished the price was more reasonable so we could continue as something that was a part of our lives. It was a real treat seeing familiar faces and waking up to the morning routine! We highly recommend Anthony and God's Gym.

Latest Review: I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.

Latest Review: Best decision I ever made, He helped me and gave me tips on how I can improve on so many things both mentally and physically and he respects and listens to his clients, it's amazing because after all our trainings, now i can do them on my own without being afraid to fail. I went to xavier to get stronger but at the end it was more than that, I'm forever gonna appreciate his advice and everything he helped me with. In just a month I can see the results already, my 1.5miles run time went from 12.30 to 10.55mins and now I can do push-ups and pull ups and plz I used to be scared to do sit-ups because I was afraid of failure but not anymore thanks to xavier. And I can honestly say I'm more ready for Marine corps boot camp than I was a few months ago. And lastly thank u for giving me the best advice ( Don't be afraid to fail).

Latest Review: My trainer gave me the best possible experience personal training could ever offer . Time after time he continued to impress me with his exercises that he helped walk me through. i value the extra time and effort he put into focusing my workouts and helping me as I asked questions and helped me get it right . His personality and inspiring attitude is what something I will never forget . Finally, I loved how he listened to me as I explained what was in my mind , from worries and doubts to questions , and he always took the time to answer them to help me get better. Overall this personal training experience with my trainer Gabe is something that I’ll never forget .

Latest Review: I was looking for a trainer to work with me occasionally to create workouts I could do on my own at my gym. My goal was to do those workouts for 3-4 weeks and then circle back with the trainer to learn more exercises. And Aaron delivered! He listened to what I wanted, and during our first session, he took time to learn my workout habits and assess my fitness level. The workout he created was perfect for me. I'm so excited to continue working with him! (And his gym space is great!)

Latest Review: My wife and I train with Laurie 3 days a week and while it could seem like more expensive than signing up for a gym, chances are you won’t go that often. With Laurie, EVERY time you are supposed to work out, you work out :). She is the most inventive trainer. There’s never the same workout and we’ve trained with her for 3 years. If you aren’t feeling well, she will do low impact work. If you have something that is sore, she can give you stretches to help and modifies workouts to manage that issue. She’s personable, fun, and a great buddy to train with. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and you really do get a lot of value out of training with her.

Latest Review: Briana has been an incredible coach! She trained me for my 2nd 70.3 Ironman last May over a 5month period and I PR'd by 51minutes!!! She's attentive to my specific needs during training and was able to taylor my workouts to fit my busy schedule and an unexpected bought of shin splints. I couldn't have done so well without her guidance and insight. We live over an hour apart so my workouts were sent to me via a training app since she couldn't be physically with my during most of my training, however she always made me feel like she was right there training with me with her checks via text or training peeks. She always has words of encouragement on the tough days and kudos for the days I killed my workouts. She's an incredible coach which is why I've now enlisted her help to train me for my next full marathon. I highly recommend Coach Bri to anyone looking to take their upcoming fitness event to the next level.

Latest Review: I was part of a baby bootcamp that Christina ran (basically a bunch of young moms who wanted to get in shape and/or loose a few pounds). Christina was great! She is super nice, knows how to work with various levels of fitness, and my body was always sore after her class(in a good way). I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone.
