My experiences with Micah have been excellent! He has been to my home to work on my computer and printer on 5 occasions. He has installed my complete new computer setup, and my new printer all-in-one, all in a professional, timely, and explanatory fashion! He had been here previously twice on a service call with my former equipment and was the same.... timely, professional, explained the work. He has returned twice recently, at my request, to explain and take me through more than one frustrating problem I was having with my new program. I can vouch that he was totally satisfactory, again exhibiting his knowledge, experience, patience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to give him an excellent referral report.
