Our guest bathroom wasn’t in terrible shape, but our primary bathroom tub was (what we thought) beyond repair. After consulting with Danny, he confidently assured us he could restore it. He even showed us photos of similar tubs that looked just as bad — if not worse — than ours, which gave us so much reassurance. Danny came out on Monday and spent about 8 hours working on both bathrooms, and the results are absolutely amazing! The transformation is incredible. Danny and his team worked so hard to make sure everything was done perfectly. Communication was easy from the start — he responded to my initial inquiry at 11 PM and answered all of my questions thoroughly without hesitation. On the day of the job, I asked about the reglazing process, and he took the time to walk me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. He’s honest, his pricing is fair and reasonable, and the quality of his work truly speaks for itself. He also stands behind his work with a 5-year warranty, which gave us even more confidence in choosing him. Nina L. says, "Albion Plaka, owner of their Vertex Plumbing, was also responsive and punctual. He was knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. I had asked him for an estimate after reading reviews from a lot of happy customers on Thumbtack. He came at 3:40 pm to give me the estimate. I had a leaky kitchen sink. My garbage disposal was also not working. I thought that the garbage disposal might be related to an electrical problem I had in November. Albion gave me a very affordable estimate. I hired him and we were discussing when he could come out and do the job. He was very flexible about working around my retail job schedule. He said he could come on Sunday afternoon to do the repair. He thought he might have one part he needed in his truck. He had it, and ended up did the repair needed then. His price for time and parts was a fourth of the other estimates. He had confirmed that the garbage disposal was not broken. It was an electrical issue. The other estimates included putting in a new garbage disposal for an average price of $450. With replacement of the sink’s pipes, a new strainer and the labor for the job, estimates were much higher. If it hadn’t been for Albion’s checking the garbage disposal, I would have paid much more. The other words I’d use to describe him and his work are comprehensive, honest, prompt, clear communicator, provides quality workmanship, attention to detail, transparent pricing, and excellent problem-solving skills."See more

Stephen H. says, "i contacted mario thru thumbtack as soon as i sent it ,he called minutes later. he came out same day for quote on water heater replacement.my house was built in 1918 so some water lines also needed to be replaced and also bring it up to code..i didnt even bother getting another quote as i felt it was very reasonable !! the job took a little longer than they thought( but being an older house i kinda expected it) had to pay a little more than the quote because the lines were so old more than expected had to be replaced ..put it this way few years ago had one of the water lines repaired the plumber at the time told me that all the waterlines in the basement needed to be replaced where water heater is needed to be replace quoted he quoted me at the$5000 just to replace all the water lines down there , so to spend to get a new waterheater and replace most of the water lines down i was very happy!! and spent less then what the last plumber quoted to just replace the water lines down there. i am sold on their service and going forward will only use them when i need plumbing service of any kind.. mario if you see this thank you and tell your crew they did an awesome job .. they worked their butts off and did quality work!!!"See more
