Our guest bathroom wasn’t in terrible shape, but our primary bathroom tub was (what we thought) beyond repair. After consulting with Danny, he confidently assured us he could restore it. He even showed us photos of similar tubs that looked just as bad — if not worse — than ours, which gave us so much reassurance. Danny came out on Monday and spent about 8 hours working on both bathrooms, and the results are absolutely amazing! The transformation is incredible. Danny and his team worked so hard to make sure everything was done perfectly. Communication was easy from the start — he responded to my initial inquiry at 11 PM and answered all of my questions thoroughly without hesitation. On the day of the job, I asked about the reglazing process, and he took the time to walk me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. He’s honest, his pricing is fair and reasonable, and the quality of his work truly speaks for itself. He also stands behind his work with a 5-year warranty, which gave us even more confidence in choosing him. Abdul quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater shut-off valve and resolved it by replacing the valve and several pipes. He thoroughly tested the repair to ensure there were no leaks. Sissie L. says, "The A/Z Plumping Serve Rep. Zaul came over within 24 hours of contact. Zaul worked very well with my husband. He did not waste one single minute. After a few minutes of his arrival, informed us what and why "the switch" to the jets were not working (electrical). Also 1 out of 6 jets was clogged. He cleared the jet. Here are the steps he took to repair the deep soaking tub. The "switch" & the appliance controller was not turning on (for jets). After replacing the switch, he cleaned one clogged jet. 1. Requested & were sent pictures of tub (ID #) within 10 minutes of 1st talking with him. 2. Once he arrived, he checked out why the switch of the jets was not working (& replaced one part of the "switch" & "appliance controller" pump~electrical). 3. Declogged one water jet. 4. He informed me his work was guaranteed for 60 days. Here's the costs: Parts ~ $ 200.00 Labor ~ $350.00 *drove to store & back quickly (10-15 min) & worked 1.5 to 2 hours) Total Costs: $550.00 As he stated when he initially called me to inquire about the job, he quoted me $75~ for house call (waived fee if I hired him) which I did. However, depending on the job, the price He could not tell me. So, I was a little apprehensive. In the end, he followed through with the two jobs he did. I really appreciated that. Rick J. says, "Fits of all, the review from Amy giving a 1 star said that the Contractor is unlicensed, not true, I checked Angelo's License status as part of my researching 5 Plumbers, he has an Active License and is in Good Standing. Angelo gave the best estimate of costs with well explained scope of work, he offered to respond right away, and gave me some additional choices on options to resolve my issue, no one else did that. I selected Next Generation to repair 3 different plumbing problems; all 3 were completed timely in a professional quality of work. I would highly recommend him to anyone in his service area for any plumbing needs, he will be my first call next time, there is always a next time! "a house is a to-do list that you get to live in", have a list of the professionals you will need, add Angelo of Next Generation Plumbing to that list, just my experience, I am picky and not easily convinced."See more
