Nancy P. says, "The team arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They carefully protected the workspace with plastic, wore full safety gear, and walked me through their Day 1 plan. On Day 2 they completed the job: replaced the basement insulation and ductwork, sealed all entry points, and set traps where needed. They vacuumed and tidied up before leaving. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail — highly recommended."See more

Brandon R. says, "I reached out to Red Mountain to install new AC. Our heater and ductwork was very old so I discussed this with them as well. They worked out an awesome price to get it all handled at once, so now we are no longer stressing about when the heater might go out. The team was very friendly and hardworking, and they did a phenomenal job. Believe me and save yourself some time- This is the company you want to go with."See more

Mike G. says, "The team is A-Mazing. They showed up early, explained everything, took out the old furnace and air conditioning, installed the new Carrier system, and were in and out in hours. Didn't leave a spec of dirt and explained the new system to me. Then, they called me the next day and made sure all was good as well as reassured me that if I have ANY questions, to reach out. And they were the most cost competitive of all the companies I interviewed. LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!"See more

Ellie Ridge says, "Working with 888 Heat Pumps was absolutely seamless every step of the way. After having them install a heat pump at my house, I honestly feel like this is a company I am really proud to have in my community, and I am so happy to support them. I have nothing but good things to say. I felt like they actually deeply cared about my experience and my long term happiness with my system, and their professionalism, expertise, and integrity was so apparent. First, when receiving a bid, Soepa was so friendly, knowledgeable, honest and communicative. He works collaboratively with you to explain exactly what to expect and helps outline how the system will go in your house. Prices are super fair, no upsells just very straightforward so you can make the right decision for your home. Once I booked, I got an extremely clear email outlining exactly what to expect which made the whole process so stress-free. On the day of the installation, my installers communicated with me throughout the day, took time to go through the placement of each unit with me so I felt totally in the loop, and were extremely friendly, tidy, and professional. I felt so confident having them work on my home because I could tell how competent and invested they were in the outcome. They finished up more quickly than I expected and explained the whole system to me before leaving. I had a top to bottom effortless, positive experience, and was so impressed with their entire team, how kind everyone was, and how well informed and professional they all were."See more

Marcel and his crews installed a new HVAC system including duct work for my house. They did a great job. Everything was done following code and looks nice. Would recommend them to others!

ARIEL HEATING & COOLING SOLUTIONS
Ariel gave an honest opinion about my HVAC system. He was on time, knowledgeable, and gave recommendations based on what he would do of he were the customer. It's nice to have someone tell the truth instead of "You need a new HVAac system "

If you can read this message. Do not go any place else for your HVAC needs. This guy was as advertised! I looked at all the previous reviews and it seemed like a decent place to start.

I am the type of person who has literally thrown technicians out of my home for outrageous attempts at price gouging, poor communication and overstating repair issues. As I do my homework before I call a repair person.

Mr. Hayward responded promptly. He came to my residence when he said he would be there. He was actually an hour early. When he entered he went right to work! I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the system based on the speed at which he diagnosed the problem and explained to me what needed to be done.

He explains the issues to you as if you're a 4 year old. If you had no knowledge of the issue at all. By the time he leaves, you would have a at minimum....a basic understanding of the issue and what he did to fix it.

During the repair. Mr. Hayward's time spent on the job was not the issue. His work quality was.

He needed to go to the hardware store to pick up an unexpected additional part for an unexpected issue. He did so with no complaint.

He installed the additional part and I was up and running. He even spent additional time on another system I had at minimal costs.

Note: I usually don't write reviews. Positive or negative. This may be the second one I have ever written.
