- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is rather simple, and is based upon the type of services and location(s) they are to be performed in. Please call or e-mail for more details, as each situation is different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner co-teaches a Process Server and Private Investigations class. Personally, he is constantly looking for new education and information to keep himself on top of the industries, and if he finds something which he thinks would benefit the individual process servers, investigators or notaries, he isn't afraid to send them to a training class for it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your own due diligence on the service provider. All licenses are public information - private investigators, process server registration via the individual county they are registered with, and notaries. Ask the person who they are licensed with, check out the Better Business Bureau page, , Facebook, etc for public comments/praises/complaints/etc. Get a good idea and feel for who you may be dealing with, before you call and agree to assign them your work.
