- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Consultation: We offer a consultation to assess the customer's needs and discuss how they can best be met. This may involve discussing the customer's goals, budget, and any specific requirements they may have. 3. Quotation: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we may provide a quotation or estimate for the work to be performed. This will typically outline the services to be provided, the materials and supplies that will be needed, and the total cost of the project. 4.Execution: A technician will then begin the work, which may involve a number of different tasks depending on the nature of the project. 5. Completion: Once the work is completed, we will typically conduct a final review with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the work and to address any remaining questions or concerns.
