- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We schedule a walkthrough to determine and create your Staging program/budget as each property is unique in its design, square footage and condition. We absolutley love to assist you in saving money with REpurposing any inventory you may already own if each piece will positively enhance your Staging program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial phone conversation for introducing myself! 2. Schedule property walkthrough 3. Curate STAGING program 4. Email your itemized STAGING proposal 5. Place deposit to secure calendar and services 6. Schedule STAGING date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the design/production industry. To ensure a smooth transition, I decided to also complete the staging course with the highly accredited AHSC Academy located in Orange County. (Image of my AHSC Certification is listed in my THUMBTACK Photo section.)
