I called Obe last week for popcorn removal. He came the following day measured and gave me an estimate. I had tried to remove the popcorn myself but I had some bad patches I could not get rid of. I explained what I wanted. Obe explained the whole process to me and that it would take 4 days, one to remove the popcorn and plaster the ceiling. Two days to dry and the fourth to sand and paint. He kept in contact with me updating me on any changes. It was raining one day so he let me know he would work when it wasn’t. Obe and his workers were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the ceiling. Thank you !

We are in the process of renovating a condo so we needed to do a lot of improvements and one of the main parts is removing popcorn ceiling. We hired this company on the spot after a very favorable impression Obe made upon us when he gave us an estimate and explained the work he was going to do with popcorn ceiling removal and repainting, plus his immediate availability to get the job started right away. Then after just the first day of work we could see how conscientious and meticulous workers they are, so we decided we liked them and their work a lot so we asked for more estimates on interior painting and then flooring installation. We have been checking on their work everyday and have been so impressed with the quality and their punctuality and their very pleasant demeanor at all times. We are very happy to have found them and work with them and can hardly wait to see when all the work is finished and see the condo back to life again.

I have rehabed 100's of homes & commercial spaces over the past 50+ years, yes right out of college... for the past 20+ years I've used ONE painting, drywall contractor .. now he is booked 6-10 weeks out and I can't get him anymore. My client went to Thumbtack, Obe responded , we talked, I asked hin HOW? he would painted kitchen cabinets & how he removes acoustic ceilings... his answers were SPOT ON professional and we met at the property the next day. He gave a reasonable but fair bid and started at 8am the next morning ... He & his team knocked it out, boom .. and done with excellent finish & detail... neat, and punctual too ... He'll get many more jobs from me !

There is not much to say that hasn't already been said about Obe and his team. Obe is the definition of a rockstar and someone who treated me with kindness and respect. He is helping me remove wallpaper, paint, and remove popcorn ceiling in a living room, hallway, and 2 rooms that needed a lot, and I mean a lot, of work.
