  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If purchased a month(s) at a time, I'll always offer a discount of at least 10%.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    One assessment is required before we actually start training, and from there I'll present a plan for the client and I to discuss and agree on together.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Patience. I'm not a quick fix, lose 30lbs in a month type of person. I'm the kind of trainer that truly wants to help you create a strong routine so you reach your goals in a way that's sustainable.
