I've been waiting to post this until we had our first rain. The roof held up! After getting one quote that was almost double, we decided on Golden Coast's mid range bid. Communication with Eddie was excellent from quote through completion and they were even able to start a day early.

Contracting with Golden Coast Roofing was the best experience. Avi came out within a couple of days to walk the roof and give an estimate. He was the only roofing contractor out of 5 that came inside and used a thermal gun to assess the true water damage besides walking the roof. From the start, Avi was honest and thorough. Golden Roofing was not the least expensive nor the most expensive. The bid came in somewhere in the middle, but they guarantee their work. That was a real plus. Once we signed the contract, the work began within a week (we had to work around the rain.) The crew was professional and cleaned up their work area beautifully. The office did a follow-up call to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I did have them come out once more to repair a tile that was a little off and where the facia board attaches to the roof/chimney. All was fixed wonderfully. Thank you Golden Coast. I will definitely pass your name along to friends and family that need roofing repairs.
