Introduction: I have a great understanding of bodies for both men and women. By working with men and women of such diverse sizes and ages, I realize we all have very similar insecurities. Most people get anxiety at the thought of going shopping, so I make this part very easy. Also, I whole heartedly believe that you don't have to spend a lot to look great. If you have $500, I can still build you a killer wardrobe. Meeting people. Period, the end. It's the best part!

Kayla knew exactly where i needed to go. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time I start with a closet consultation, so I have a good idea of what the client already owns, for one. No need to go out and buy a new black dress if you have a great one in your closet. It's also a great opportunity to take a look at what's in there and get rid of what's not working. The second stage is normally a shopping trip together. Or if the client is too busy, I can shop and then bring clothes to him or her.

I have worked with celebrities, new moms, business men + women, real estate agents, photographers, directors, teachers, etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
