Introduction: Want to be able to workout and not have to be at a gym or at your house? Want privacy and be able to go at your own pace? Who doesn't? You can have all of this at my private studio. My studio offers a full dumbbell rack, a cable cross machine with every attachment you need, a multi-functional strength cage for squatting, benching, pull-ups, etc. I have a full Olympic plate set and barbell. I have medicine balls and physioballs. These are things that other trainers can't offer you that come to your house, but only when they can train you at a gym usually filled with other people. Here you don't have to wait for equipment and you can use one of the ipod docks so you don't have to worry about wearing headphones. Oh yeah, and towel service. I've been personal training for over 7 years. I have my degree in exercise science and I'm nationally certified. I've worked in private gyms and studios as well as corporate fitness/management for over 3 years. I've worked out pro bodybuilders, fitness models, and actors.
