Such a warm experience, I’ve never done meditated yoga before. But I felt very comfortable in this space, Everyone there was so loving and encouraging. I love the serene meditative music, it really helps me get in a zone. I was challenged mentally And physically, But also was sooth by either kind words or a relaxing stretch. I’ve become a fan of yoga, I recommend Spiritual Drunks to anyone looking to for a like minded tribe of healers. See you there, Namaste 🙏🏾
