I beg to differ, but instead of a negative review you should contact me first so that I can attempt to resolve the problem. I do apologize for not contacting you sooner, I have been very busy, and I have been trying to figure out the best way to fix your sister's garage door, the installation of the hinges might be part of the problem, which is causing a problem with the opener which is missing parts from the time it was installed.
