Noe and his associate installed two shutoff valves on my irrigation system. They also figured how to bury a set of valves that had been exposed to the elements for years. For this job, Noe demonstrated professionalism, ingenuity, and a strong work ethic. His price was also reasonable. I won’t hesitate to use them again.
